HIMSON LI

Lok Chi Association Youth Centre was established in 1975 to serve and promote the welfare of people with mentally handicapped. We aim to educate the general public to understand and accept people with intellectual disabilities. We provide recreational activities, such as groups activities, outdoor programs, mass activities and family support services.
